Conservatory Roof Upgrade
Luke and Sam are two genuine guys. They are experienced in many aspects of the building work and did a fantastic job of converting our conservatory from a tired looking plastic monstrosity, into a brick walled structure with a wooden insulated roof. They liaised well with building control, along with the electrician, plasterer and plumber for a smooth running project. Their quote was competitive and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Sam and his team were fabulous. Courteous, friendly and professional. Tidied up as they worked. Removed all rubbish and left the area clean and tidy. Guttering looks superb. Would highly recommend. Thank you chaps.

Roof leak repair
I found that water was leaking into my loft. When i contacted Sam & Luke they responded quickly and were able to arrange a date within a few weeks to do the work. They explained everything that was happening throughout the day and were able to identify and repair the leak and add some extra lead flashing to make things even more secure. Sam & Luke were really polite & friendly, they obviously know their trade and i'd thoroughly recommend them.

Roof repair
We had an invasion of rats for 8 months and they had managed to breech the integrity around the soil pipe and from the cavity wall. This had led to damage to parts of the roof. The firm turned up promptly, investigated the problem and set about making the repair, noticing other problems and repairing these to ensure this did not happen again.
They were efficient, explained what had happened, what needed to be done and took photos of what and how they were repairing the problem. It was fixed and they cleared up and took the waste.
